Jointly funded and managed by the U.S. and German governments, the CBYX program provides 350 scholarships for American high school students, high school graduates in vocational fields, and young professionals for an academic year home-stay program. 250 American high school scholarship recipients will serve as “youth ambassadors” from the United States while attending a German high school and participating in educational, cultural, and civic events, including receptions and meetings with U.S. and German government officials.

Details about eligibility, the application timeline and more information about the program can be found at www.usagermanyscholarship.org.
