Through Faces of America, AFS-USA aims to ensure that global education and study abroad opportunities are made available to all communities and are reflective of the diversity of our country.
Your gift will provide scholarship support for vulnerable and marginalized young people – including youth of color, LGBTQ youth, and those from low-income backgrounds – to experience the transformational power of intercultural educational exchange. Many have never travelled outside of their local communities; these journeys of discovery expand horizons, build self-confidence, and nurture the capacity for lifelong learning and leadership.
