Jennifer Dunn is a seasoned fundraising executive with more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience, raising over $200 million to advance transformative missions in education, public media, and social impact.
Before joining AFS-USA, Jennifer served as Chief Development Officer at Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), where she secured groundbreaking multi-year, multi-million-dollar commitments that significantly increased unrestricted revenue. Previously, she was Executive Director of Individual Giving at NPR, leading fundraising strategy for high-net-worth donors, NPR Foundation Trustees, and Member station partners.
Jennifer began her career as a founding team member of the VH1 Save The Music Foundation, helping expand music education nationwide through events and innovative partnerships. Her work earned recognition including the Governors Award from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, the George Foster Peabody Award, and the BizBash Event Innovator Award.
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Jennifer is passionate about building strategic partnerships and advancing philanthropy to create lasting social impact. She lives in New York with her husband, Sean, and their daughters, Audrey and Olivia.
