Martyn R. Redgrave currently serves as Managing Partner and CEO of Agate Creek Partners, LLC, a professional governance and consulting services company co-founded by Mr. Redgrave in July 2014. Mr. Redgrave served as Chief Administrative/Operating Officer (2005-2012) and also as Chief Financial Officer (2006-2007), and then as Senior Advisor (2012-2014) to L Brands, Inc. (NYSE: LB), (formerly known as Limited Brands, Inc.), one of the largest specialty retail companies in the world, which during his tenure had over $10 Billion in sales, $1.6 Billion in Operating Income and 3000 stores ($20 Billion market cap).

Previously, from 1994 to 2005, Mr. Redgrave served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Carlson Companies, Inc., which at that time, was the world’s largest privately held hospitality, travel and marketing services company, with system-wide revenues of more than $20 Billion. Prior to this, Mr. Redgrave spent 14 years at Pepsico, Inc., where he served as CFO for both Kentucky Fried Chicken and Taco Bell (both owned by Pepsico at the time) as well as SVP-Operations for Taco Bell.

Mr. Redgrave serves or has served on multiple public and private company boards as well as non-profit boards, including currently Deluxe Corporation (NYSE), Dupler Office, United Way of Central Ohio, Junior Achievement of Central Ohio, the Center for Integrative Health at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, and Igniting Growth Acquisition Company (SPAC); and in the past, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen (NASDAQ), Francesca’s (NASDAQ), and COVAIL. Mr. Redgrave is also the President of the Robert’s Rules Association, which owns and publishes all editions of Robert’s Rules of Order.

Mr. Redgrave received his undergraduate degree in economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Mr. Redgrave and his wife, Lynne, live in New Albany, Ohio, Longboat Key, Florida, and Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
