The AFS-USA website provides the convenience of online donations. AFS-USA has engaged the services of Anovia, a payment services provider, to process all online donation transactions.
If you have made an error in your online donation, we will honor your request for a refund within 15 business days of the donation. To request a refund please contact us by phone at (646) 751-2029 or by email at [email protected]. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment.
