Where are we Located?

Our Team is located throughout the State of Florida with hosted participants placed in homes from Key West to Jacksonville. We are primarily focused around five major areas, Southeast Florida, Southwest Florida, Central Florida, Tampa, and Jacksonville.

How are we doing?

We are actively looking for families to host starting in August. We are also looking for local students who are interested in participating in any of our many study-abroad programs on either a semester or full school year program.

Why AFS USA?

With more than 70 years of international education experience, AFS is one of the most valued and reputable high school student exchange organizations in the world. The American Field Service (AFS) started out as a volunteer ambulance service in World War I and evolved into the international student exchange company in the 50s, 60s and 70s. AFS works with students from over 50 countries worldwide operating primarily via local chapters. These local groups and field volunteers assist and work with students coming into the U.S. as well as facilitate American high school students who want to study abroad, including CBYX (Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange) and YES (inbound and outbound) programs.
