Christine Plews has been Of Counsel with Plews Shadley Racher & Braun since its inception in 1988. With a legal background ranging from experience with pro bono immigration cases to serving as in-house counsel for Eli Lilly and Company, Christine brings a valuable perspective to her environmental and insurance law firm in Indianapolis. Christine graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University and holds a law degree from Harvard University.

Christine is also extremely involved in her local community. She is a bass violinist in the Philharmonic Orchestra of Indianapolis and is a member of both the Brebeuf Mothers’ Association and the St. Richard’s School Parent Organization. Christine has also been an active Board member of a variety of prominent Indianapolis institutions, including the Indiana State Museum Foundation, Junior League of Indianapolis Endowment and the Indiana Repertory Theater Society, where she also served as Vice President. She has also volunteered for the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic and was a member of the vestry of Trinity Episcopal Church for a number of years.
