Michael S. Schiff is the owner and President of Incomar Investments in Houston, Texas. He earned his BA in Communications from American University and his MBA from the Wharton Graduate School, U of Pa. He served as a Councilman for the City of Sugar Land, Texas from 2002-2011 and is actively involved with the Fort Bend Education Foundation, Literacy Council and the Anti-Defamation League. A long-time AFS volunteer who has served as a board member of AFS-USA, host family (Austria 1989), host sibling, and natural family, he established the Schiff-Robinson Scholarship fund, supporting future AFSers in the greater Houston area. His son, David, and daughter, Laura, are returnees, U.S. to Costa Rica 1997 & 99. Michael resides in Sugar Land, Texas.
