After completing the FAST application you will be required to mail FAST your tax documentation. The required documents are:
- 2009 Federal Forms
- State Tax Forms
- W-2’s
- All appropriate schedules (for personal business, property, etc.)
- Unemployment/disability/retirement income statements, if appropriate
