Year Fall Departure: Choose from a broad range of Year programs in more than 40 countries where you’ll gain firsthand knowledge of life as a member of a family, school, and community in another culture. Fall programs depart July – September.

Summer Homestay : This AFS experience offers you the opportunity to live with a host family and learn about community and country. You can also discover the added benefit of additional group activities, such as the Intensive Soccer Program in Paraguay or the Cultural Arts Program in Hungary.

Summer Language Study: Homestay Language Study immerses you in a new language through formal training, as well as through daily life with your host family and friends.

Summer Community Service: Community Service Programs in countries like Ghana and Costa Rica allow you to travel, guided by an adult, while volunteering in local communities. These programs also include a homestay in order to further immerse yourself in the host country culture and language.
