Greater West Metro

Welcome to the Greater West Metro Team Website!

The Greater West Metro Area Team is made up of passionate local volunteers in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area who believe in the power of intercultural exchange. Many of our volunteers have experienced intercultural exchange themselves through hosting and/or studying abroad. Our goal is to share AFS program opportunities with students, families and schools in our metro communities. Through a support network of families, educators, volunteers, staff and students, we hope to provide intercultural learning experiences that will positively and peacefully change the world.
