Program basics


These are program guidelines that work well for most educators. However, if you have a special need concerning the duration or composition of your program, we can help design an opportunity that works perfectly for your class and curriculum.

Eligibility: These programs are designed for students in grades 8-12.

Duration: The average program duration is from 10 to 14 days.

Content: These programs offer students a variety of learning and enrichment components, from cultural immersion to language extension activities to specific subjects such as history or art.

Group leaders: These programs are designed for educators and youth leaders to recruit and chaperon groups of 8-15 students. In exchange, chaperons travel with their groups at no cost.
