What is a Matching Gift?
Many companies, both big and small, may double (or sometimes triple) the value of donations made to AFS-USA by their employees, employees' spouses, or even retirees.
There's no additional cost to you and these matching gifts provide much-needed funds, as we work to further the reach of our mission in communities across the globe.
How Does it Work?
Matching your gift is easy!
- Donate to AFS-USA as you normally would
- Contact your Human Resources Department & inquire if they have a Matching Gift Program.
- Fill out a simple form, which will get the ball rolling.

Mail your completed form to:

- Once received, we will alert your company of your generosity, triggering their matching gift to be sent directly to AFS-USA.
*Please note that each company has its own guidelines, so be sure to contact your Human Resource Department for details on your company’s program.
If your company isn’t currently involved in a matching gift program, you may want to suggest that they look into it. Matching employee contributions is a terrific way for a company to support their employees!
