Congratulations On Getting Settled In!
Hopefully everyone had a great time on the January ski trip to Mount Hood as well as at Mid-Year Orientation. It's always nice to get together as a group and see everyone again. Hopefully you got some ideas from your group leaders and from the other students to help ensure that you have a great year. Remember that communication is importatnt for a successful exchange! Upcoming Events
Our next event is the mandatory Pre-Return Orientation on Saturday, May 19. Check the Mandagory Orientations page to see details. There are also the optional trips to Seattle and to the Ashland Shakespeare Festival.
Some Important Reminders
- AFS's 3 key rules that all hosted students must abide by: no illegal drugs, no driving, no hitch-hiking.
- There also are limits on traveling independently. See your area leader for details.
- In a new environment, it’s important to be more aware than you might be at home.
