"Our Team here in Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington is passionate about the AFS mission of a more just and peaceful world through intercultural learning. Our lives have been enriched by the exchange experience, and we're happy to give back to AFS through our volunteer efforts. We would love to have you join the AFS family as an Exchange Student, a Host Family or a Volunteer."
- Tami Spears, Volunteer Chair

We had a successful Mid-Year Orientation and ski trip recently. We have optional trips to Seattle and to the Ashland Shakespeare Festival coming up in the next few months. Be sure to sign up if you want to attend. Our next Area-wide event is our mandatory Pre-Return Orientation on Saturday, May 19, in Camas, WA. Keep an eye out for details here as we finalize them.
We had a wonderful trip to the Pendleton Round-Up in September. One of our students submitted a great article to AFS USA about the trip.
We have events and orientations throughout the year. See our calendar for details.
